2、市场及应用概况

氟乙酸甲酯是一个重要的含氟化合物，在染料、医药、农药等工业领域有着广泛的用途和发展前景。在医药工业，氟乙酸酯是一个重要的医药中间体，是制备氟代嘧啶类抗肿瘤药物和浮亏诺酸类抗菌药物的起始原料。

氟代嘧啶类抗代谢物是临床上最常用的一类抗肿瘤药物。对上皮组织的实体瘤，如腺癌等有效，等于烷化剂、抗肿瘤抗生素和其它抗代谢抗肿瘤药物合用，可供口服、静脉和动脉或腔内注射、外用和直肠给药。至1989年已上市的品种有：5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）、氟苷（FUdr）、喃氟啶（FT-207）、双喃氟啶（FD-1）、以氨甲酰氟尿嘧啶（HCFU）、5-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷（5-DFUR）等。

氟喹诺酮酸类抗菌药物，如氟啶酸、环丙氟啶酸、比氟啶酸、多氟啶酸、托磺沙星等是近十年涌现出来的最新抗菌药物，其抗菌谱广，广泛应用与治疗呼吸道、消化道、泌尿道、软组织、皮肤、肺部等感染性疾病，结构简单，无青霉素类药物的过敏性，比疗效相当的抗生素价格低廉。

21世纪头十年，国内许多单位投入大量的人力、物力，对这两大药物进行广泛深入的研究，其中，许多药品已实现大批量工业生产，另有部分药品已通过临床试验，正在组织生产。为此，在近几年对氟乙酸酯的需要将大为增加。截止上世纪末，国内无氟乙酸乙酯生产仅有氟乙酸甲酯中试生产[1]，其产品指标为：100℃~108℃体积馏出率≥85%，总酯含量≥98%。
